El documento invita a los colectivos docentes a transitar de una administraci\u00f3n centrada en el tr\u00e1mite a una gesti\u00f3n basada en la evidencia, donde problemas como el ausentismo y la desigualdad en materiales se abordan desde una l\u00f3gica de corresponsabilidad.<\/p>\n<h2>Desglose: Del supuesto a la evidencia<\/h2>\n<p>El documento propone un cambio de paradigma fundamental: abandonar la intuici\u00f3n docente para adoptar una toma de decisiones informada. Entre sus pilares destaca:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Diagn\u00f3stico Socioeducativo:<\/strong> Pasar de las suposiciones a la consulta directa con las familias, reconociendo que factores como el empleo precario o los horarios laborales influyen directamente en la asistencia.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reingenier\u00eda de pr\u00e1cticas:<\/strong> Propone una pol\u00edtica de tareas con intenci\u00f3n did\u00e1ctica real, evitando que la econom\u00eda familiar sea un factor de exclusi\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n del CTE:<\/strong> El Consejo T\u00e9cnico se plantea no como un espacio de lectura de comunicados, sino como un laboratorio de an\u00e1lisis cr\u00edtico donde se priorizan problemas bajo criterios de competencia escolar y viabilidad t\u00e9cnica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: El choque de mundos<\/h2>\n<p>Al contrastar esta gu\u00eda con el d\u00eda a d\u00eda en las escuelas de M\u00e9xico, surge una tensi\u00f3n inevitable. En teor\u00eda, el enfoque es impecable: priorizar lo humano y lo pedag\u00f3gico. Sin embargo, en la realidad de muchas aulas, el docente enfrenta una sobrecarga administrativa que convierte estos procesos de \u201cautodiagn\u00f3stico cr\u00edtico\u201d en una nueva carga de llenado de formatos. \u00bfC\u00f3mo puede un docente ser gestor, investigador social y facilitador del aprendizaje si el sistema sigue presionando con tiempos de entrega que privilegian la est\u00e9tica del documento sobre la profundidad del an\u00e1lisis?<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, existe una brecha entre la aspiraci\u00f3n de \u201ccorresponsabilidad\u201d y el contexto socioecon\u00f3mico. En comunidades con altos \u00edndices de marginaci\u00f3n, donde el 68% de las familias laboran en jornadas extensas, el llamado a una mayor participaci\u00f3n suena a una demanda que, sin apoyos sociales externos, recae nuevamente sobre los hombros del maestro.
