Sin embargo, \u00bfqu\u00e9 sucede cuando la tecnolog\u00eda no es el problema, sino el refugio ante un vac\u00edo sist\u00e9mico? La investigadora Catalina Incl\u00e1n Espinosa, del <a href='https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/reel\/1347553770574577'>IISUE UNAM<\/a>, nos invita a mirar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la pantalla: el dispositivo m\u00f3vil se ha convertido en el eje central de la vida de ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, no por capricho, sino por la alarmante carencia de espacios recreativos y alternativas de desarrollo en nuestra sociedad.<\/p>\n<h2>El desplazamiento del entretenimiento y la deuda social<\/h2>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis de Incl\u00e1n Espinosa desarticula la visi\u00f3n simplista del &#8216;alumno distra\u00eddo&#8217;. Los puntos clave son contundentes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>El celular como reemplazo:<\/strong> Ha dejado de ser una herramienta de comunicaci\u00f3n para ocupar el lugar del juego, el ocio y la socializaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La carencia de oferta:<\/strong> El uso intensivo de tecnolog\u00eda es un s\u00edntoma de una falla en el dise\u00f1o de nuestras ciudades y pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas, que han dejado a la infancia sin entornos f\u00edsicos seguros o estimulantes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Falta de alternativas:<\/strong> Existe una deuda institucional donde las actividades extracurriculares y los espacios culturales son insuficientes o inaccesibles para la mayor\u00eda de los j\u00f3venes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>La Realidad Escolar: Entre el reglamento y el vac\u00edo<\/h2>\n<p>Desde el terreno, en las escuelas de M\u00e9xico, la postura de la investigadora resuena con una crudeza particular. \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos directivos se desgastan en la redacci\u00f3n de circulares prohibiendo los tel\u00e9fonos, mientras enfrentan una realidad donde la infraestructura escolar se limita a cuatro paredes desgastadas y un patio de concreto sin equipamiento recreativo?<\/p>\n<p>El docente mexicano vive esta contradicci\u00f3n a diario: se le exige captar la atenci\u00f3n del alumno \u2014quien llega a clase buscando el refugio digital que no encontr\u00f3 en su colonia o parque\u2014 mientras se le satura de carga administrativa que impide la creaci\u00f3n de proyectos extracurriculares reales. <strong>La escuela se ha vuelto, en muchos casos, el \u00fanico lugar de contenci\u00f3n, pero sin las herramientas para competir con el est\u00edmulo inagotable del algoritmo.<\/strong> Prohibir el celular sin ofrecer un entorno de aprendizaje emocionante o espacios de esparcimiento, es como querer vaciar el mar con una cubeta: ignoramos la causa para enfocarnos en la manifestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La pregunta no es c\u00f3mo prohibir m\u00e1s, sino c\u00f3mo transformar el aula en un lugar tan significativo que el alumno quiera, por iniciativa propia, soltar la pantalla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Para nuestra comunidad:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos transformar el tiempo escolar en una experiencia m\u00e1s estimulante que el entretenimiento digital sin sobrecargar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la labor docente?<\/p>\n<p>2.
