Entre sus directrices destacan la restricci\u00f3n general de los dispositivos durante la jornada, el uso exclusivo con fines pedag\u00f3gicos o de salud, y la promoci\u00f3n del uso de herramientas tradicionales como libros y cuadernos. M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de lo t\u00e9cnico, el documento busca blindar la integridad del alumnado ante el ciberacoso y rescatar la interacci\u00f3n humana en los patios escolares.<\/p>\n
Aqu\u00ed es donde la teor\u00eda se encuentra con nuestra realidad escolar mexicana. Si bien el Dec\u00e1logo propone una ruta pedag\u00f3gica necesaria, el cuerpo docente y directivo se enfrenta a un desaf\u00edo may\u00fasculo: la implementaci\u00f3n no ocurre en el vac\u00edo. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se aplicar\u00e1 esta restricci\u00f3n en una escuela de periferia con cientos de alumnos donde el control de grupos ya es una labor tit\u00e1nica? La delegaci\u00f3n de esta responsabilidad en el docente implica, inevitablemente, una nueva carga administrativa y de gesti\u00f3n del conflicto.<\/p>\n
En el contexto mexicano, la comunicaci\u00f3n con los padres es a menudo el punto de quiebre. Muchos tutores exigen comunicaci\u00f3n constante v\u00eda WhatsApp por razones de seguridad, lo que genera una tensi\u00f3n directa con la norma de ‘desconexi\u00f3n’ sugerida. \u00bfPodr\u00e1 un reglamento escolar \u2014por muy bien estructurado que est\u00e9\u2014 vencer la angustia de los padres y la inercia cultural de una generaci\u00f3n de estudiantes nativos digitales que perciben la restricci\u00f3n como una privaci\u00f3n de su libertad? La brecha entre el ideal institucional y la gesti\u00f3n diaria del aula es, a menudo, un abismo que los maestros deben salvar con recursos propios y mucha diplomacia.<\/p>\n
